# パターンロックを忘れた場合どうすれば良いですか？

パターンロックを忘れた場合は、下記の手順で操作して頂ければと思います。

1. **パターンロック画面の右下にある「ロック解除パターンを忘れた」をタップ**

2. **メール送信画面が表示されますので、暗号化されたパターンを送信してください。**
3. こちらで復号化し、パターンをメールでお送りします。
